Food Tip of the Day #3
Eat every 2-4 hours, even if it is only a small snack. This will prevent you from being ravenously hungry, and when you are starving your body craves sugar, fat and salt and then you are more likely to overeat the unhealthy foods that contain lots of these. Good snacks between meals are nuts, seeds, melon, egg whites, a glass of: rice, soy or almond milk, cucumber, zucchini and broccoli to name a few.
