Becoming a vegan, right now. Giving all my food that’s meat or has animal products to my roommate, he’s thrilled. It shouldn’t be too hard, I honestly hardly eat meat, can’t drink milk since I’m lactose intolerant, don’t really like eggs. The only think I really love that I’m giving up is yogourt. And the hard part will be making sure processed food...

A Brief Note
I really appreciate all my followers so I always want to be honest. I just started an antidepressant/anti anxiety (SSRI) to treat my anxiety and moderate depression. The side effects have not been very fun. My meal plans/food diaries will probably be low for a while due to my significant decrease in appetite. I am not choosing to eat very low, I simply cannot force myself to eat all that much....

How I View Beauty
When I say beauty I don’t mean a bathroom filled with a multitude of makeup and other products. I do though, mean outside beauty. These thoughts came to me while watching the make over scene in The Princess Diaries (I put it on in the background while packing up my apartment). You could view that scene as defining a princess by her beauty. That all that makes Mia a princess is that fact...

While watching Brotherhood 2.0 and perusing the comments I found that people thought the following about Banff, Alberta: That it is in The States That it is near Toronto. That it is in B.C. That it is pronounced and spelled Bamf. That gave me a good chuckle.

Saved a picture of me with my clay mask on for the next time someone texts me asking “what’s up?” or “how’s your day been?” That is what I shall send in response. Especially if it’s one of my guy friends. Or my dad. Hahahaha.

When your friend texts you “what’s up?” and you respond right away and then they never respond back -__- silly lazy friends.

I'll be back as soon as possible
Thanks to my followers for not unfollowing while I’ve been so inactive. I can barely get through what I have to right now, eating, showering, laundry and doing assignments. I will be back on here as soon as I can manage. I hope that is really soon.
Better late than never! Going to start tomorrow, but I’m only doing Level 1 for 3 days so I do 2 and 3 FOR 10 days each. Anyone else already started?
What I Really Want
I’ve decided the Christmas present I really want is to lose weight. So I’m starting now and I hope to lose 15 lbs by the 25th of December. This is going to be my most serious attempt ever at losing weight. Here’s hoping I can stick to it. I will post later about my clean eating and workout plans.
Just did Level One of the 30 Day Shred after not exercising for 6 weeks. I kind of want to die, even though 2 months ago I could do Level One no problem. I need to exercise regularly…
